Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Sala Graphics within this period to begin the return process.
Return Condition
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Products that have been installed, used, altered or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Please contact our team before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an eligible product because it is no longer wanted or needed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the item securely.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the product purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable. No restocking fee will be deducted.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made, personalized and specially produced products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the approved order specifications.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please retain the product and its packaging until we provide instructions.
