Many products can be customized, although available options depend on the product, material and production method. Contact us or request a quote before ordering if you need changes that are not shown on the product page.

Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make a change or cancel an order before production begins. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production.

Yes. We provide free custom design support to help turn your wording, branding or general idea into a professional finished design. Additional charges may apply only when a project requires services outside the agreed product or project scope.

When a design proof is required, we will provide it for review before production. Please check all wording, spelling, colors, dimensions and other details carefully. Approval confirms that the design is ready for production.

Yes. You may submit logos, photographs, artwork and other materials that you own or have permission to use. Clear, high-resolution or vector artwork generally produces the best results.

Regular standard shipping is included with nearly every product we sell, with limited exceptions. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout or discussed with you before the order is finalized.

Most standard orders are prepared for shipment by the next business day. Larger quantities and custom products may require additional production time. Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination and selected shipping service and are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Contact us before ordering or as soon as possible after placing your order so we can discuss timing, availability and cost.

Tracking information is provided when it is available for the selected shipping service. Some small or lightweight orders may use a shipping method that does not include tracking.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact Sala Graphics before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions. Custom-made and personalized products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and packaging when appropriate. Please retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions.

Materials vary by product and may include aluminum, plastics, vinyl, adhesive films, banner material, paper and other specialized substrates. Review the product page or contact us if you need help choosing a material for a particular environment.

No single product can be guaranteed to meet every law, code or agency requirement for every location and application. Our signs and labels are communication tools that can support a broader safety or compliance program. Customers are responsible for verifying all applicable wording, size, color, placement, material, OSHA, building, fire, accessibility and other regulatory requirements for their specific use.
